Our Beliefs
What We
Believe
We believe that we are God’s creation, intentionally designed for a relationship with Him and with one another. Through His love and grace, God has redeemed the world by the sacrificial gift of His Son, Jesus Christ. We uphold moral truth and affirm the value of every person, believing that redemption and new life are found through faith in Jesus.
The Bible
We believe the Bible is inspired by God and is completely true. It is our guide for how we live, grow, and follow Jesus.
God
We believe there is one God who exists in three persons:
- God the Father
- God the Son (Jesus Christ)
- God the Holy Spirit
Together, they are perfectly united in love, power, and purpose.

Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus is the Son of God. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again three days later. Today, He is alive and offers salvation and new life to everyone who believes in Him.
Salvation
We believe salvation is a free gift from God through faith in Jesus Christ. We cannot earn forgiveness through good works. When we repent of our sins and trust in Jesus, we are forgiven, made new, and brought into relationship with God.
Water Baptism
We believe water baptism is an outward expression of an inward decision to follow Jesus. It is a public declaration of faith and a step of obedience for every believer.
Communion
We believe communion reminds us of Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross. As we take the bread and cup together, we remember His body broken for us and His blood shed for our forgiveness.
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit empowers believers to live for Jesus every day. The Holy Spirit gives guidance, comfort, strength, wisdom, and spiritual gifts to build up the Church and share God’s love with others.
Baptism in the Holy Spirit
As part of our Pentecostal heritage in the Assemblies of God, we believe believers can experience the baptism in the Holy Spirit, a special empowering from God for bold faith, worship, prayer, and sharing the Gospel.
The Church
We believe the Church is the body of Christ made up of people from every background and generation who follow Jesus. The Church exists to worship God, grow together, serve others, and bring hope to the world.
Healing
We believe God still heals today. We pray for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing and trust God’s power and compassion in every situation.
Eternity
We believe Jesus will return again. Those who trust in Him will spend eternity with God. We believe heaven is real, and we live with hope because of God’s promises.
